The Clover Club Tiramisu

Inspired by the Clover Club cocktail, this tiramisu is layered with ladyfingers soaked in lemon syrup with the Botanist gin and vermouth, creamy mascarpone lightly flavored with raspberry, and a ribbon of homemade raspberry jam. Finished with freeze-dried raspberry powder and a touch of lemon zest. It’s made entirely with real, natural ingredients—no artificial flavours.
